We have been a member of the VDH since 1992 and active in dog sports, both in terms of training IGP and Show. Immediately in the same year we joined a VDH club, namely: " Maasland ", in Neer (formerly Herkenbosch) (L), where we are still training and where we both act as instructors, Diana as treasurer and Mark as a helper and chairman.

 

In 1995 we bred our first litter with Koby v. Nizetstolz, with which we laid the foundation of our bloodline. Koby daughter of Hoss v. Hasenborn was a beautiful, very well pigmented bitch with a great character, which is also proven by her certificates: VH-3 (IGP-3), Sp.h.-2 (Trackingdog) and also Breedsurvey for life.

 

Koby has brought us various good progeny, including Gitte v.d. Maasbongerd (Romeo v. Pallas Athene x Ayla v.d. Maasbongerd), which has VH-3, Sch.h.-3, IPO-3 and Trackingdog-2 and also is classified with Breedsurvey for life.

 

In 1997 we joined the SV (Schäferhundenverein) in Germany in addition to the VDH membership, and since 2001 we have both obtained the KK-1 certificate, which stands for knowledge in genetic theory, nutrition, behavior, etc. Regularly you can find us at various shows knowing clubmatches, exhibitions, landesgruppenzuchtschauen (LGZS) and Hauptzuchtschau (BSZS). Also 4 Maasbongerd's got titled "Dutch Champion".

 

We try to breed on construction and character, we believe that we want a beautiful German Shepherd with a stable character and in good health. That is why all our dogs have Breedsurvey and DNA profile has been saved or even tested. All our puppies grow up in the house for the first 5 weeks, which in our opinion definitely benefits the socialization of our dogs.

 

For a very long time we have a good cooperation with kennel vom Hasenborn in Germany, who brought us several top dogs including multiple V-Auslese Paer vom Hasenborn, Jugendsieger BSZS-2015 and VA-2017 Gavin vom Hasenborn, Danica vom Hasenborn V-5 BSZS-2015 (VA 2016 Canada , V-2 BSZS-2017).
